【摘要】：目的了解武警某部戰(zhàn)士合理用藥知識(shí)水平及用藥行為現(xiàn)況,為部隊(duì)拓展藥學(xué)服務(wù),開展合理用藥健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采用整群抽樣的方法抽取2015年9月武警某部1 156名戰(zhàn)士進(jìn)行《武警某部戰(zhàn)士合理用藥知識(shí)與行為調(diào)查問卷》現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查,調(diào)查問卷包括"基本情況"、"合理用藥知識(shí)"、"合理用藥行為"三部分,計(jì)數(shù)資料采用χ2檢驗(yàn)和確切概率法,P0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果合理用藥知識(shí)基本掌握人數(shù)為315人,知識(shí)總掌握率為27.44%,入伍前來源地、學(xué)歷、人員類別三個(gè)因素分組間戰(zhàn)士知識(shí)掌握情況對(duì)比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。不合理用藥行為持有的人數(shù)為708人,不合理用藥行為持有率為61.67%,學(xué)歷的不同分組間不合理用藥行為對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論戰(zhàn)士合理用藥知識(shí)掌握水平非常低,不合理用藥行為十分普遍,部隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)加強(qiáng)合理用藥健康教育工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge level of rational drug use and the current situation of drug use behavior in soldiers of a certain armed police department, so as to provide the basis for expanding pharmaceutical care and carrying out health education on rational use of drugs in the army. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 1 156 soldiers from a certain armed police department in September 2015 to conduct a field survey of "questionnaire on rational Drug use knowledge and behavior of soldiers in a Armed Police Force". The questionnaire included "basic situation" and "rational drug use knowledge". In the three parts of "rational drug use behavior", 蠂 2 test and exact probability method were used to count the data. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Results the number of people who mastered the basic knowledge of rational drug use was 315, the total grasp rate of knowledge was 27.44%. There were statistically significant differences in the knowledge mastery of soldiers among the three factors, that is, the source of enlistment, the academic background, and the category of personnel (all P0.05). The number of people holding irrational drug use behavior was 708, and the holding rate of irrational drug use behavior was 61.67%. There was significant difference in irrational drug use behavior among different groups of academic background (P0.05). Conclusion the level of rational drug use knowledge in soldiers is very low, and irrational drug use behavior is very common. The army should strengthen the health education of rational drug use.
