【摘要】：正1概述跟痛癥(Plantar heel pain)是運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)常見的臨床疾病,發(fā)病率高達(dá)10%,多發(fā)生于40~70歲的中老年人,男性多于女性,男女比例約2:1,影響人類生活質(zhì)量的重要疾病[1,2]。跟痛癥患者典型癥狀表現(xiàn)為足底內(nèi)側(cè)跖腱膜止點(diǎn)至跟骨內(nèi)側(cè)結(jié)節(jié)壓痛,活動(dòng)后加重,嚴(yán)重影響患者生活質(zhì)量和行走功能。跟痛癥的治療由于其病因多樣,發(fā)病機(jī)制不明,多種學(xué)說并存,所以治療方法
[Abstract]:Positive 1 Summary of calcaneal pain (Plantar heel pain) is a common clinical disease of the motor system, with an incidence of up to 10%, most of which occur in the 40-70-year-old elderly, with more men than women, and the ratio of men to women is about 2 per cent. Important diseases affecting human quality of life [1, 2]. The typical symptoms of the patients with calcaneal pain were tenderness from plantar medial plantar aponeurosis to medial calcaneal tubercle, aggravation after exercise, which seriously affected the quality of life and walking function of the patients. The treatment of calcaneal pain is due to its various pathogeny, unknown pathogenesis and coexistence of various theories.
