【摘要】：對中國人民解放軍總醫(yī)院(下稱301醫(yī)院)2015年全年8000多例遠程會診病例進行了統(tǒng)計分析。利用信息技術對數(shù)據(jù)進行采集、歸類與整理,采用構(gòu)成比對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計描述。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),會診總量中視頻會診例數(shù)最多,達5740例,占總量的63.9%;會診科室構(gòu)成中神經(jīng)內(nèi)科會診例數(shù)最多,達981例;申請醫(yī)院中會診次數(shù)居前三位的醫(yī)院分別為山東省壽光市人民醫(yī)院、新疆克拉瑪依中心醫(yī)院、青海省人民醫(yī)院;屬地治療人均結(jié)余費用2.1萬元。結(jié)果說明,遠程會診服務范圍廣,輻射面大,減輕了患者經(jīng)濟負擔,應用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:In this paper, more than 8000 cases of tele-consultation in the General Hospital of the Chinese people's Liberation Army (PLA General Hospital) in 2015 were statistically analyzed. The information technology is used to collect, classify and sort out the data, and compare the data to describe the data statistically. The results showed that the number of video consultation cases was the most in the total consultation, accounting for 63.9% of the total, and the number of consultation cases in neurology department was the largest (981 cases), and the total number of cases was 63.9% in the total consultation department, which accounted for 63.9% of the total. The top three hospitals applied for consultation were Shouguang people's Hospital in Shandong Province, Karamay Central Hospital in Xinjiang and people's Hospital in Qinghai Province. The results show that tele-consultation has a wide range of services and a large radiation surface, reducing the economic burden of patients, and broad application prospects.
