【摘要】：對(duì)中國(guó)人民解放軍總醫(yī)院(下稱301醫(yī)院)2015年全年8000多例遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診病例進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。利用信息技術(shù)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集、歸類與整理,采用構(gòu)成比對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)描述。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),會(huì)診總量中視頻會(huì)診例數(shù)最多,達(dá)5740例,占總量的63.9%;會(huì)診科室構(gòu)成中神經(jīng)內(nèi)科會(huì)診例數(shù)最多,達(dá)981例;申請(qǐng)醫(yī)院中會(huì)診次數(shù)居前三位的醫(yī)院分別為山東省壽光市人民醫(yī)院、新疆克拉瑪依中心醫(yī)院、青海省人民醫(yī)院;屬地治療人均結(jié)余費(fèi)用2.1萬(wàn)元。結(jié)果說(shuō)明,遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診服務(wù)范圍廣,輻射面大,減輕了患者經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),應(yīng)用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:In this paper, more than 8000 cases of tele-consultation in the General Hospital of the Chinese people's Liberation Army (PLA General Hospital) in 2015 were statistically analyzed. The information technology is used to collect, classify and sort out the data, and compare the data to describe the data statistically. The results showed that the number of video consultation cases was the most in the total consultation, accounting for 63.9% of the total, and the number of consultation cases in neurology department was the largest (981 cases), and the total number of cases was 63.9% in the total consultation department, which accounted for 63.9% of the total. The top three hospitals applied for consultation were Shouguang people's Hospital in Shandong Province, Karamay Central Hospital in Xinjiang and people's Hospital in Qinghai Province. The results show that tele-consultation has a wide range of services and a large radiation surface, reducing the economic burden of patients, and broad application prospects.
