OsiriX測量感染性角膜炎的光學(xué)相干斷層圖像的可行性分析
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the feasibility of using OsiriX to measure the corneal thickness of infective keratitis in anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT, anterior segment optical coherence tomography). The infiltration area and the value related to the change of the density of the infiltrating site. Materials and methods 32 AS-OCT images of patients with infectious keratitis from December 2011 to March 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The thickness of the central cornea of the infiltrating site measured by Visante OCT software was compared with that of the central corneal thickness of the infiltrating site measured by OsiriX. The feasibility of OsiriX in measuring the area of infiltration and the value of OCT on AS-OCT images of infectious keratitis was analyzed. The evaluation indexes included reproducibility and reproducibility of. Visante OCT and OsiriX. Pearson linear correlation analysis and Bland-Altman analysis were used to analyze the feasibility of OsiriX in the measurement of AS-OCT images of infectious keratitis by paired T test and (intraclass correlation coefficients, ICC) comprehensive analysis of intragroup correlation coefficient. With P0.05 as the difference was statistically significant. Results 1Visante OCT and OsiriX were used to measure the central corneal thickness of the infiltrating site. The mean values were 700.19 鹵171.67 渭 m and 694 鹵166.84 渭 m, respectively, and the difference was 6.21 鹵10.45 渭 m. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that there was a high correlation between the central corneal thickness measured by the two methods (r = 0.998 P 0.05). Bland-Altman analysis shows that only 3.1% (1 / 32) is outside the 95% consistency range. 2OsiriX was used to measure the area of infectious keratitis. The mean values of the two measurements were 2207641.94 鹵1196023.88 渭 m ~ 2 and 2170665.94 鹵1170061.01 "m ~ 2, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two results (P < 0.05). It has good repeatability (ICC0.9). The average values of two different operators were 2207641.94 鹵1196023.88 渭 m ~ 2 and 2201682.04 鹵1177914.01 渭 m ~ 2, P = 0.780.05.The results showed no significant difference (P < 0.05) and had good reproducibility (ICC0.9). 3OsiriX was used to measure the OCT value of infectious keratitis infiltrating foci. The mean values of the two measurements of the same operator were 368.38 鹵135.22 and 376.72 鹵133.54, respectively. There was no significant difference in the results between the two groups (P < 0. 05). It has good repeatability (ICC0.9). The mean values of the two measurements were 368.38 鹵135.22 and 371.63 鹵130.06, respectively. There was no significant difference in the results (P 0. 05), and there was good reproducibility (ICC0.9). Conclusion the measurement of corneal thickness at the center of infectious keratitis by OsiriX is in good agreement with the software of Visante OCT machine. The function of measuring the area of irregular lesions and the OCT value related to the density of the lesion is reproducible and reproducible. It is considered that OsiriX can be used to measure the AS-OCT images of infectious keratitis.
