同振幅遞進(jìn)頻率全身振動訓(xùn)練對功能性踝關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of the same amplitude progressive frequency vibration training and elastic belt balance pad training on the ankle proprioception, balance ability and muscle strength in patients with functional ankle instability. To explore the mechanism of functional ankle instability in the same amplitude progressive frequency vibration training. Methods: a randomized controlled experimental design was used to recruit subjects with functional ankle instability from Chengdu Institute of physical Education, and 30 male subjects with unilateral functional ankle instability were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted the same amplitude progressive frequency whole body vibration training scheme, the control group adopted the common clinical exercise training program. Before training, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks of training, the subjects' body weight, bilateral ankle flexion and extensor strength, internal and external varus muscle strength, proprioceptive sensation and balance ability were measured. At the end of the experiment, the obtained data were statistically analyzed. Results: 1. The scores of Cumberland ankle instability assessment questionnaire, position perception, bipedal stability index and one-foot stability index were significantly increased before and after training in the experimental group and the control group (P0.05). But after 8 weeks of training, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the relative peak torque of bilateral ankle flexion, valgus, metatarsal flexion and back extension between the experimental group and the control group before and after training (P0.05). After 8 weeks of training, the relative peak torque of ankle varus, valgus, metatarsal flexion and dorsal extension in the control group was significantly higher than that before training (P0.05), and significantly increased compared with the experimental group (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. The same amplitude progressive frequency whole body vibration training and elastic belt balance pad training are effective for functional ankle instability. 2. In the same amplitude progressive frequency whole body vibration training can improve the functional ankle instability by improving the balance ability and proprioceptive feeling of the bilateral ankle joints. 3. Elastic belt balance pad training can improve the functional ankle instability by improving bilateral balance ability, proprioceptive sensation and affected side muscle strength. 4. The same amplitude progressive frequency whole body vibration and the elastic band balance pad training method can be used as the common rehabilitation training methods of FAI, but the same amplitude progressive frequency whole body vibration training is shorter than the elastic band training balance pad training time compared with the single time. The comfort is high. If you can properly cooperate with some muscle strength training is more worthy of recommendation.
