【摘要】：目的:探討永存鐮狀竇的MRI、MSCT表現(xiàn),以提高對(duì)永存鐮狀竇的認(rèn)識(shí)和診斷。方法:收集2005年1月—2014年7月17例臨床及影像學(xué)確診為永存鐮狀竇患者的臨床及影像學(xué)資料,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧性分析,研究永存鐮狀竇的MRI、MSCT表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果 :17例永存鐮狀竇患者中,9例行常規(guī)MRI檢查,T2WI矢狀位均顯示大腦大靜脈池后部條狀流空血管影自大腦大靜脈向上引流至上矢狀竇中、后三分之一處;2例行磁共振靜脈成像(MRV),顯示大腦大靜脈經(jīng)開(kāi)放的鐮狀竇向上引流入上矢狀竇;1例行MRI增強(qiáng)掃描,示上矢狀竇與大腦大靜脈池間強(qiáng)化血管影相連通。5例行CTA掃描,靜脈期可見(jiàn)大腦大靜脈或直竇前部與上矢狀竇后三分之一處相連的條帶狀強(qiáng)化血管樣結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)論:永存鐮狀竇MRI、MSCT表現(xiàn)具有特征性,常規(guī)MRI、MRV、MRI增強(qiáng)與CTA均可準(zhǔn)確反映永存鐮狀竇的形態(tài)、位置及其與周?chē)Y(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系,有助于對(duì)永存鐮狀竇全面綜合評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the MRI,MSCT findings of persistent sickle sinus in order to improve the understanding and diagnosis of persistent sickle sinus. Methods: the clinical and imaging data of 17 patients with persistent sickle sinus confirmed by clinical and imaging findings from January 2005 to July 2014 were collected and analyzed retrospectively to study the MRI,MSCT findings of persistent sickle sinus. Results: among the 17 patients with permanent sickle sinus, 9 cases were examined by routine MRI. The sagittal T2WI images showed the emptiness in the posterior cistern of cerebral vein draining upward from the superior sagittal sinus of the great cerebral vein, the latter 1/3 sites. In 2 cases (MRV), showed that the great cerebral vein flowed upward through the open sickle sinus into the superior sagittal sinus. MRI enhanced scanning was performed in 1 case, showing the connection of enhanced vascular shadow between superior sagittal sinus and cerebral cistern, and CTA scan in 5 cases. In the venous phase, the vein or anterior part of the straight sinus was connected with the 1/3 points of the superior sagittal sinus. Conclusion: the MRI,MSCT features of permanent sickle sinus are characteristic. Both conventional MRI,MRV,MRI enhancement and CTA can accurately reflect the morphology, location and the relationship between the permanent falciform sinus and its surrounding structure, which is helpful for comprehensive evaluation of permanent falciform sinus.
