【摘要】：目的結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,探討快速DNA技術(shù)在個(gè)體識(shí)別案件中的應(yīng)用。方法分別從實(shí)驗(yàn)室快速STR擴(kuò)增試劑盒和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)一體化DNA檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,列舉了采樣工具及檢材處理流程、擴(kuò)增試劑及成分配比優(yōu)化、電泳檢測(cè)及數(shù)據(jù)分析等對(duì)快速檢驗(yàn)的影響。結(jié)果兩者在案件中均取得了成功的STR分型結(jié)果,其相應(yīng)的快速檢驗(yàn)流程能夠滿足日常案件檢驗(yàn)需求。結(jié)論個(gè)體識(shí)別DNA快速檢驗(yàn)與分析可以被充分應(yīng)用到案件實(shí)戰(zhàn)中,對(duì)促進(jìn)DNA證據(jù)的及時(shí)提取與鑒定具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of rapid DNA technique in individual case identification. Methods the rapid STR amplification kit in the laboratory and the field integrated DNA test equipment were introduced respectively. The sampling tools and the processing flow of the samples, the optimization of the amplification reagent and the composition ratio were listed. The effect of electrophoresis detection and data analysis on rapid test. Results both of them obtained successful STR typing results, and the corresponding rapid test procedure could meet the needs of daily cases. Conclusion the rapid test and analysis of individual identification DNA can be fully applied to the actual cases, and it is of great significance to promote the timely extraction and identification of DNA evidence.
