力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)大鼠骨骼肌NOS活性的影響
[Abstract]:Nitric oxide (NO) radical is a small molecule gas and its biological function was not well understood in the past. Since the discovery of the chemical nature of an endothelial cell relaxation factor (endothelium-derivedrelaxingfactor,EDRF), the nitric oxide free radical, which can relax blood vessels, the study of nitric oxide free radical has entered a new stage. In recent decades, the research progress of nitric oxide free radicals has affected the understanding of the nature of many life activities, involving many disciplines, including medicine and pharmacy, etc. In recent years, it has been extended to physical education. The effects of different exercise loads on nitric oxide (no) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) have become a hot topic. Scholars from different research fields have been involved in the study of nitric oxide, trying to reveal the mystery of nitric oxide from various angles. Although sports medicine has done a lot of work on nitric oxide, exercise and skeletal muscle, there are still many controversial issues. The research on the relationship between the three subtypes of NOS and sport is more controversial, and there is no conclusion. Current studies have shown that exercise causes NO production and changes in NOS activity, while the specific subtypes of exhaustive exercise that lead to increased NOS activity are not clear. Some studies have also shown that skeletal muscle contains a large number of nNOS,. The increase of NOS activity in skeletal muscle caused by exhaustive exercise was mainly due to the increase of nNOS activity. Methods: 32 rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group (group C) and training group (group E). Results: (1) after exhaustive training, the serum CK activity increased by 33.81% (P0.05), while the serum LDH decreased 7.59, there was no significant difference (P0.05). (2) after exhaustive training, serum NO increased significantly by 16% (P0.05). (3) after exhaustive training, the MDA content of skeletal muscle increased significantly (P0.01), and the SOD activity of skeletal muscle decreased significantly (P0.05). (4) after exhaustive training, the total NOS activity increased significantly, and the nNOS activity of skeletal muscle increased significantly (P0.01), iNOS activity, but there was no significant difference). Conclusion: (1) the activity of CK in exhaustive exercise induced serum increased. (2) exhaustive exercise resulted in the increase of NOS activity, which was caused by the increase of nNOS activity, but no change in iNOS activity, and the increase of NOS activity led to the increase of NO production. (3) exhaustive exercise increased the degree of lipid peroxidation.
