【摘要】：目的:分析研討16排血管成像在腹主動脈及下肢阻塞性病變診斷中的價(jià)值。方法:此研究中所討論的30例患者均隨機(jī)選取于2014年1月-2015年8月期間我院收治的腹主動脈及下肢阻塞性病變患者中,患者均接受16排CT血管成像和三維重建診斷,其掃描范圍為1100mm-1200mm,給予密度最大投影,表面陰影重建和溶積再現(xiàn),分析其診斷結(jié)果。結(jié)果:靜脈顯影:30例患者中共29例接受了血管成像檢查,1例靜脈曲張未接受血管成像檢查,僅接受靜脈顯影觀察。30例患者股總靜脈一側(cè)處于正常,其靜脈顯影共26例顯影優(yōu)良,優(yōu)良率為86.67%,包含優(yōu)秀17例,良好9例。各病例顯影均符合診斷要求。共檢出29例下肢靜脈存在阻塞性病變,和DSA檢查符合率為96.67%(29/30)。結(jié)論:16排CT血管成像屬于一項(xiàng)非侵襲性和高準(zhǔn)確度的成像檢查方式,在腹主動脈及下肢阻塞性病變診斷中特異性、敏感性、準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the diagnostic value of 16-row angiography in abdominal aorta and lower extremity obstructive diseases. Methods: thirty patients with abdominal aorta and lower extremity obstructive diseases were randomly selected from January 2014 to August 2015. All patients were diagnosed by 16-row CT angiography and 3D reconstruction. The scanning range is 1100mm-1200mm, with maximum density projection, surface shadow reconstruction and dissolution reconstruction, and the diagnostic results are analyzed. Results: venous imaging was performed in 29 cases of 30 patients, 1 case of varicose vein was not examined by angiography, only vein was observed, and 30 cases of common femoral vein were normal. There were 26 cases with excellent development of vein, the excellent and good rate was 86.67, including excellent 17 cases and good 9 cases. All cases were in accordance with the diagnostic requirements. A total of 29 patients with obstructive lesions of lower extremity veins were detected, and the coincidence rate with DSA was 96.67% (29 / 30). Conclusion: 16-row CT angiography is a noninvasive and highly accurate imaging method, which is specific, sensitive and accurate in the diagnosis of abdominal aorta and lower extremity obstructive diseases.
