三維斑點(diǎn)追蹤技術(shù)與相對(duì)室壁厚度對(duì)力量型運(yùn)動(dòng)員左室收縮功能的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的分析相對(duì)室壁厚度(RWT)與三維斑點(diǎn)追蹤技術(shù)(3D-STE)對(duì)力量型運(yùn)動(dòng)員左室收縮功能的相關(guān)性及定量關(guān)系。方法收集45例青年男性力量型運(yùn)動(dòng)員和30例對(duì)照組的常規(guī)超聲心動(dòng)圖及左室全容積圖像,使用3D-STE得到兩組參與者的RWT、左室整體縱向應(yīng)變(GLS)、整體圓周應(yīng)變(GCS)、整體面積應(yīng)變(GAS)及整體徑向應(yīng)變(GRS)等數(shù)據(jù)。分析RWT分別與GLS、GCS、GAS及GRS的相關(guān)性,并計(jì)算出相應(yīng)的簡(jiǎn)單回歸方程。結(jié)果 RWT與GLS、GCS、GAS及GRS的相關(guān)系數(shù)r分別為0.400、0.244、0.362、-0.373,得到的RWT(X)與GLS(Y1/%)、GCS(Y2/%)、GAS(Y3/%)及GRS(Y4/%)的簡(jiǎn)單回歸方程分別為Y1=-23.831+22.573X、Y2=-20.346+13.810X、Y3=-38.479+30.469X、Y4=64.345-61.412X,均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 RWT與GLS、GCS、GAS及GRS的相關(guān)性良好。RWT每增加0.1,GLS、GCS、GAS的絕對(duì)值分別降低2.257%、1.381%、3.047%,GRS降低6.141%。RWT可初步評(píng)價(jià)青年男性力量型運(yùn)動(dòng)員左室收縮功能的變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation and quantitative relationship between relative wall thickness (RWT) and three dimensional speckle tracing (3D-STE) on left ventricular systolic function. Methods conventional echocardiography and left ventricular full volume images of 45 young male athletes and 30 controls were collected. The RWT, global longitudinal strain (GLS), global circumferential strain (GCS), of the two groups of participants were obtained by using 3D-STE. The whole area strain (GAS) and the whole radial strain (GRS) and so on. The correlation between RWT and GLS,GCS,GAS and GRS is analyzed, and the corresponding simple regression equation is calculated. Results the correlation coefficients between RWT and GLS,GCS,GAS and GRS were 0.400, 0.244, 0.362 and 0.373, respectively. The RWT (X) and GLS (Y1 /%), GCS (Y2 /%) were obtained. The simple regression equations of GAS (Y3 /%) and GRS (Y4 /%) were Y _ (1) -23.831 22.573X ~ (2 +) -20.346 13.810X ~ (3) X ~ (38.479) ~ (38.479) ~ (30) 469X ~ (34.345-61.412X), respectively (P0.05). Conclusion there is a good correlation between RWT and GLS,GCS,GAS and GRS. The absolute value of GCS gas decreases by 2.257% and 1.381% and 3.047% for each increase of RWT, respectively. The decrease of 6.141%.RWT by GRS can be used to evaluate the changes of left ventricular systolic function in young male power type athletes.
