【摘要】：軍隊(duì)研究型醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心是軍隊(duì)落實(shí)國(guó)家人口和計(jì)劃生育及優(yōu)生優(yōu)育政策的保障,是新形勢(shì)下滿足部隊(duì)官兵服務(wù)保障需求和提升戰(zhàn)斗力的有力支撐。本文就近年來(lái)第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)長(zhǎng)海醫(yī)院在不斷深化為軍服務(wù)內(nèi)涵、提升人才培養(yǎng)梯隊(duì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)前沿技術(shù)整合發(fā)展、推進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)科技創(chuàng)新、完善個(gè)體化治療模式的過(guò)程中,建設(shè)軍隊(duì)研究型醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心的一些實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和體會(huì)進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The reproductive medicine center of the military research hospital is the guarantee for the army to carry out the national policy of population, family planning, eugenics and eugenics, and is the powerful support to meet the service support demand of the officers and men in the army under the new situation and to enhance the combat effectiveness. In recent years, Changhai Hospital of the second military Medical University has been deepening the connotation of serving for the military, improving the personnel training echelon, realizing the development of frontier technology integration, promoting the innovation of medical science and technology, and perfecting the individualized treatment mode. Some practical experience and experience of constructing military research hospital reproductive medicine center were summarized.
