熱習(xí)服對中長跑運(yùn)動(dòng)員濕熱環(huán)境下運(yùn)動(dòng)體液調(diào)節(jié)激素及Hsp70的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討熱習(xí)服對濕熱環(huán)境下運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)體體液調(diào)節(jié)激素ALD、AVP、ANP、NE及Hsp70的影響。方法:16名中長跑運(yùn)動(dòng)員隨機(jī)分為熱習(xí)服組(HA)和對照組(HC),每組各8人;HA組先進(jìn)行10天的熱習(xí)服方案,使機(jī)體產(chǎn)生熱習(xí)服,然后進(jìn)行一次33℃、80%RH濕熱環(huán)境下的40min、70%VO2max運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng);HC組不經(jīng)過熱習(xí)服階段,直接進(jìn)行一次同于熱習(xí)服組的熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)。熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)前后測試實(shí)驗(yàn)對象的熱應(yīng)激的生理學(xué)指標(biāo)及體液調(diào)節(jié)激素ALD、AVP、ANP、NE及Hsp70的水平,觀察兩組實(shí)驗(yàn)對象測試指標(biāo)在熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)前后的變化。結(jié)果:熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)后,HA組和HC組核心溫度和心率均非常顯著性升高(P0.01),出汗率無顯著變化;HA組熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)后的核心溫度和心率水平比對照組低、出汗率水平比對照組高,但兩組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。與運(yùn)動(dòng)前相比,HA組和HC組熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)后紅細(xì)胞壓積非常顯著性升高(P0.01)。與運(yùn)動(dòng)前相比,HA組和HC組運(yùn)動(dòng)后ALD和NE非常顯著性升高(P0.01),AVP顯著性升高(P0.05),ANP顯著性降低(P0.05),Hsp70非常顯著性升高(P0.01),但組間檢驗(yàn)均未見顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:體液調(diào)節(jié)激素對維護(hù)熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中的機(jī)體水鹽代謝和平衡發(fā)揮著重要作用;熱習(xí)服一定程度上降低了機(jī)體對熱負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)激的生理生化熱調(diào)節(jié)反應(yīng),提高了機(jī)體適應(yīng)運(yùn)動(dòng)熱環(huán)境的能力。
