【摘要】：目的檢索國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)減肥研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),分析我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)減肥的研究熱點(diǎn)。方法以《中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版總庫(kù)》作為檢索來源,對(duì)相關(guān)的期刊論文進(jìn)行檢索,利用SATI軟件對(duì)樣本文獻(xiàn)的高頻關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和篩選,運(yùn)用SPSS19.0輸出研究現(xiàn)狀的樹狀圖和多維尺度圖,共獲得文獻(xiàn)2 466篇,經(jīng)過篩選后得到658篇文獻(xiàn)作為最終樣本,選擇41個(gè)高頻關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行聚類與多位尺度分析。結(jié)果確定出研究主題的分布、關(guān)注熱點(diǎn),從而直觀展示當(dāng)前運(yùn)動(dòng)減肥研究的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),歸納總結(jié)了我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)減肥發(fā)展的特征。結(jié)論目前,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)減肥的熱點(diǎn)集中在兒童、青少年肥胖的綜合干預(yù)、有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)減肥的優(yōu)化、運(yùn)動(dòng)減肥的機(jī)制探索以及代謝紊亂疾病異常群體運(yùn)動(dòng)治療的探索。
[Abstract]:Objective to search the relevant literature of sports weight loss research in China and analyze the research hotspot of sports weight loss in China. Methods the related journal papers were searched by the General Library of Chinese academic Journals published on the Internet, and the high frequency keywords of the sample documents were counted and screened by SATI software. A total of 2466 papers were obtained by using the tree diagram and multi-dimensional scale chart of SPSS19.0 output. After screening, 658 papers were selected as final samples, and 41 high-frequency keywords were selected for clustering and multi-bit scale analysis. Results the distribution of research topics and hot spots were determined, and the present situation and development trend of sports weight loss research were displayed intuitively, and the characteristics of sports weight loss development in China were summarized. Conclusion at present, the focus of exercise weight-loss is the comprehensive intervention of obesity in children and adolescents, the optimization of aerobic weight loss, the exploration of the mechanism of exercise weight loss, and the exploration of exercise therapy for abnormal groups of metabolic disorders.
