穴位埋線對運動性疲勞大鼠耐力改善的影響及其機制

【摘要】:為穴位埋線改善耐力的臨床應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù),本文采用遞增跑臺訓(xùn)練的方法構(gòu)建運動性疲勞大鼠模型,考察穴位埋線對疲勞訓(xùn)練大鼠運動能力的影響,將大鼠隨機分為空白組、跑臺組、埋線跑臺組Ⅰ、埋線跑臺組Ⅱ,記錄各組大鼠力竭運動時間并對各組大鼠相關(guān)臟器進行采集及生化指標(biāo)的測定。實驗結(jié)果表明:對于運動性疲勞大鼠,穴位埋線可減控體質(zhì)量,并能降低CORT水平、增加肌糖原濃度、降低血清游離Ca2+濃度及提高LDH活性(P0.05)。
