重組乙肝疫苗在部隊(duì)人群中免疫效果觀察
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the background level of hepatitis B antibody in army population, and to observe the immune effect of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (20 渭 g/ml) so as to lay a foundation for exploring the hepatitis B immunization program suitable for recruits and new cadets. Methods 10 102 recruits were screened by serum antibody. The results of anti-HBs test before immunization showed that the weakly positive persons were inoculated with 2 doses of hepatitis B vaccine according to the program of 0: 1, and the level of anti-HBs was measured after 2 doses. Three doses of hepatitis B vaccine were inoculated according to the procedure of 01 / 6, and the level of anti-HBs was measured after the second dose of 3 doses in the patients who were negative for anti-HBs test before and after immunization. The positive conversion rate of anti-HBs, the (GMT) level of geometric mean titer of antibody and the high response of negative patients were compared. Results 1090 (10.8%) cases were weakly positive and 3251 (32.2%) were negative in the detection of serum anti- HBs in 10 102 subjects before immunization. The positive conversion rates of the weakly positive patients inoculated with hepatitis B vaccine were 90.097.8 and 5007.75 m IU/ml and 6295.77 m IU/ml;, respectively, which were significantly better than that of the first dose (P0.01). The positive conversion rates were 86.1 and 98.7, respectively, and the high response rates were 56.4 and 87.5 IU/ml, respectively, and 2231.57 IU/ml; and 1214.41 m IU/ml, respectively, in the patients with negative hepatitis B vaccine. The positive conversion rate of 3 needles inoculated was significantly better than that of 2 needles inoculated (P0.01). During this trial, no adverse reactions were reported at level 3 (inclusive) or above. Conclusion it is necessary to detect anti-HBs before immunization and then select recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (20 渭 g/ml) for scientific inoculation. Two inoculation procedures were used for the weakly positive subjects with serum anti-HBs and three injections for the negative subjects with anti-HBs. The results showed that the immune effect was obvious.
