【摘要】：正作為腫瘤�？漆t(yī)院的超聲專業(yè),多年關(guān)注腫瘤本身的診斷與介入治療,基于肝炎后性肝硬化+肝癌的模式及腫瘤患者伴隨脂肪肝與酒精性肝硬化的現(xiàn)象日益增多,使得彌漫性肝病的無(wú)創(chuàng)性診斷開始受到關(guān)注。近年來(lái),本課題組將研究方向開始轉(zhuǎn)向探索肝臟本身的病變。肝臟彌漫性病變是指由各種因素導(dǎo)致的肝實(shí)質(zhì)、纖維結(jié)構(gòu)及脈管系統(tǒng)的變性或損害,包括各型肝炎、脂肪肝、肝纖維化、肝硬化、肝淤血、肝寄生蟲病、各類肝臟的理化損害以及部分罕見的肝臟
[Abstract]:As a major of ultrasound in cancer hospital, many years attention has been paid to the diagnosis and interventional therapy of tumor itself. Based on the model of liver cancer caused by posthepatitic cirrhosis and the phenomenon of fatty liver and alcoholic cirrhosis of liver associated with tumor patients, the number of patients with liver cancer is increasing day by day. Therefore, the non-invasive diagnosis of diffuse liver disease is concerned. In recent years, our research group has turned to explore the liver itself. Diffuse liver disease refers to degeneration or damage to the liver parenchyma, fibrous structure and vascular system caused by various factors, including hepatitis, fatty liver, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, liver congestion, liver parasitosis, Physical and chemical damage to various kinds of livers and some rare ones
