【摘要】：目的 本研究目的在于探索昆蟲(chóng)隔離環(huán)境中,大鼠自然體腔尸體腐敗過(guò)程中細(xì)菌演替變化及規(guī)律,發(fā)掘尸體腐敗期間細(xì)菌菌群及數(shù)量變化并評(píng)估利用細(xì)菌演替狀況推斷死亡時(shí)間(postmortem interval, PMI)的潛在價(jià)值。 方法 動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)使用成年雌性SD大鼠,脊椎橫斷處死后置于隔離環(huán)境中,定期定點(diǎn)取樣進(jìn)行細(xì)菌培養(yǎng),半定量計(jì)數(shù)及分離鑒定,分析不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)菌落組成及演替的變化情況。 結(jié)果 從時(shí)間點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō),葡萄球菌屬和奈瑟菌屬對(duì)早期死亡時(shí)間(Early PMI)有較好的指示作用,而乳桿菌屬對(duì)晚期死亡時(shí)間(Late PMI)推斷意義較強(qiáng)；從取樣部位看,陰道的演替獨(dú)立性和特殊性較其他取樣點(diǎn)顯示了更高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。 結(jié)論 1)大鼠尸體細(xì)菌群落演替隨時(shí)間進(jìn)展發(fā)生的變化具有規(guī)律性。 2)葡萄球菌屬、奈瑟菌屬對(duì)早期死亡時(shí)間具有指示作用。 3)乳桿菌屬對(duì)晚期死亡時(shí)間具有指示作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the variation and regularity of bacterial succession during the decay of rat natural body cavity in insect isolation environment. To explore the changes of bacterial flora and quantity during corrupting and to evaluate the potential value of estimating the time of death (postmortem interval, PMI) by bacterial succession. Methods female adult SD rats were used in animal experiments. The rats were killed by transection of vertebrae and placed in isolation environment. The bacteria were cultured by fixed point sampling, semi-quantitative counting and isolation and identification. The changes of colony composition and succession at different time points were analyzed. Results Staphylococcus and Neisseria had a better indication of early death time (Early PMI), while Lactobacillus had a stronger significance in predicting late death time (Late PMI). From the point of view of sampling site, the independence and particularity of vaginal succession showed higher practical value than other sampling points. Conclusion 1) the succession of bacterial communities in cadavers is regular over time. 2) Staphylococcus and Neisseria have indicative effect on early death time. 3) Lactobacillus can indicate the late death time.
