心臟疲勞家兔實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)J降难芯?/H1>

【摘要】:高強(qiáng)度體力活動(dòng)能導(dǎo)致心臟疲勞已被多數(shù)研究者所公認(rèn)。但還存在若干尚待解決的問題,特別是運(yùn)動(dòng)誘發(fā)的心臟疲勞(EICF)和運(yùn)動(dòng)誘發(fā)的心肌損傷(EICD)的區(qū)分,需要增加新指標(biāo)進(jìn)行心臟疲勞的綜合評(píng)估。進(jìn)行家兔力竭游泳中加入心臟功能變化新指標(biāo)實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)J降难芯,以便為以后心臟疲勞的綜合評(píng)估的研究提供基礎(chǔ)。提出建立家兔心臟疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)J,設(shè)立力竭游泳致死實(shí)驗(yàn)組,,通過分析力竭前、力竭即刻、死亡時(shí)間點(diǎn)的發(fā)現(xiàn)來揭示EICF和EICD的表現(xiàn);選用新西蘭白兔(NZW)進(jìn)行多輪負(fù)重游泳實(shí)驗(yàn),達(dá)到力竭狀態(tài),觀察運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)激后第1心音對(duì)第二心音幅值比值(S1/S2)和心率(HR)的變換趨勢(shì)以及24h后是否能恢復(fù)。NZW負(fù)重游泳實(shí)驗(yàn)中,S1/S2和HR在運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)激初期上升,在力竭狀態(tài)時(shí)下降,24h后恢復(fù)。負(fù)重過重的實(shí)驗(yàn)導(dǎo)致2只實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物死亡,觀察到負(fù)荷過重和死亡前的一些新現(xiàn)象。用新西蘭白兔多輪負(fù)重游泳實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)J接兄谟^察和研究心臟疲勞和心臟性死亡先兆。心臟疲勞的研究不但有益于運(yùn)動(dòng)員的選拔、訓(xùn)練和參賽安排,并有益于高強(qiáng)度作業(yè)人員如救火人員和高強(qiáng)度軍事作業(yè)人員心臟功能的檢測(cè),還能施益于病人和一般人群的心臟功能評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:High-intensity physical activity can lead to cardiac fatigue has been recognized by most researchers. However, there are still some problems to be solved, especially the distinction between exercise-induced cardiac fatigue (EICF) and exercise-induced myocardial injury (EICD). In order to provide a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of cardiac fatigue in rabbits, the experimental model of adding new indexes of heart function change in exhaustive swimming of rabbits was studied in order to provide a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of cardiac fatigue in the future. The experimental model of rabbit heart fatigue was established, and the experimental group of exhaustion swimming was set up to reveal the manifestation of EICF and EICD by analyzing the discovery of the time points of death before exhaustion, immediately after exhaustion and at the time of death. New Zealand White Rabbit (NZW) was used to carry out multi-round weight-bearing swimming experiment. To observe the change trend of the ratio of the first heart tone to the second heart sound amplitude (S1/S2) and heart rate (HR) after exercise stress and whether it can recover after 24 hours. S1/S2 and HR increased in the early stage of exercise stress in NZW weight-bearing swimming experiment. It decreased in exhaustion state and recovered after 24 hours. Two experimental animals were killed by overloading, and some new phenomena were observed before and after overloading. It is helpful to observe and study cardiac fatigue and cardiac death precursor by using New Zealand White Rabbit multi-wheel weight-bearing swimming model. The study of cardiac fatigue is beneficial not only to the selection, training and competition arrangement of athletes, but also to the detection of heart function of high-intensity workers such as firefighters and high-intensity military workers. It can also benefit the assessment of heart function in patients and the general population.
