【摘要】：正患者女,48歲,半年前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)下腹部包塊疼痛不適,無發(fā)熱,無肉眼血尿及其他陽性體征,未行治療,一周后癥狀自行緩解;近1個月來反復出現(xiàn)下腹疼痛不適。外院中下腹CT平掃檢查示膀胱尖部與臍尿管交界部占位性病變。入院體檢:腹部平軟,下腹部壓痛明顯陽性,無反跳痛,膀胱區(qū)未見明顯膨隆,無壓痛,余無特殊。實驗室檢查各
[Abstract]:Positive patient female, 48 years old, six months ago no obvious inducement to appear lower abdominal mass pain and discomfort, no fever, no naked hematuria and other positive signs, no treatment, one week after the symptoms of relief; in the past 1 month repeated lower abdominal pain and discomfort. CT plain scan of the lower abdomen in the external hospital showed the occupying lesions at the junction of the tip of the bladder and the urachal canal. The physical examination showed that the abdomen was flat and soft, the lower abdomen tenderness was obviously positive, there was no rebound pain, there was no obvious swelling in the bladder area, no tenderness, and there was no special pain in the rest.
