不同駐地海軍官兵足癬近3年流行病學(xué)調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:目的分析不同駐地海軍官兵足癬近3a患病率、臨床分型和致病菌種的分布情況。方法分別于2013、2014、2015年在4個(gè)海軍駐地:北京、大連、寧波、三亞,隨機(jī)選取600名官兵,對(duì)其足癬患病率、致病菌菌種及臨床類型進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 4個(gè)駐地海軍官兵足癬的患病率僅在2013年具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其中三亞駐地患病率為18.0%,高于其他3處;近3a北京、大連足癬患病率呈升高趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。各駐地足癬致病菌菌種分布均以紅色毛癬菌為主,須癬毛癬菌、犬小孢子菌、白念珠菌、絮狀表皮癬菌其次。三亞、寧波駐地紅色毛癬菌檢出率70.1%、70.9%,高于北京、大連駐地的62.8%、56.5%(P0.05),而須癬毛癬菌檢出率分別為12.9%、16.1%,低于北京、大連駐地的26.4%、26.3%(P0.05),絮狀表皮癬菌檢出率在三亞最高(P0.05),為1.9%。4個(gè)駐地官兵中水皰鱗屑型足癬患者構(gòu)成比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,三亞駐地浸漬糜爛型患者構(gòu)成比為23.0%,高于其他3處(P0.05),而角化過(guò)度型患者構(gòu)成比為20.3%,低于其他3處(P0.05)。結(jié)論北京、大連近3a足癬患病率呈升高趨勢(shì),4個(gè)駐地海軍官兵足癬致病菌、臨床類型有明顯的差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence, clinical classification and distribution of pathogenic bacteria of tinea pedis in different naval officers and soldiers in recent 3 years. Methods 600 officers and soldiers were randomly selected in Beijing, Dalian, Ningbo and Sanya in 2014 and 2015. The prevalence of tinea pedis, pathogenic bacteria and clinical types were investigated. Results the prevalence rate of tinea pedis in the four naval officers and soldiers was statistically significant only in 2013 (P0.05). The prevalence rate of tinea pedis in Sanya was 18.0, higher than that in the other 3 sites. The prevalence rate of tinea pedis in Beijing and Dalian increased in the past 3 years (P0.05). The major pathogenic bacteria of tinea pedis were Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton canis, Canis canis, Candida albicans and Trichophyton flocculata. In Sanya, Ningbo, the detection rate of Trichophyton rubrum was 70.1%, which was higher than that in Beijing and Dalian (62.8%, 56.5%, P0.05), while the detection rate of Trichophyton rubrum was 12.9%, 16.1%, lower than that in Beijing. The detection rate of Trichophyton flocculata was the highest in Sanya (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the proportion of blister-scale tinea pedis in 1.9.4 resident officers and soldiers. The constituent ratio of the patients with immersion erosion in Sanya was 23.0, higher than that of the other 3 (P0.05), while that of the patients with hyperkeratosis was 20.3, lower than that of the other 3 (P0.05). Conclusion the prevalence rate of tinea pedis increased in Beijing and Dalian in recent 3 years, and the clinical types of tinea pedis were significantly different among the four naval officers and soldiers.
