【摘要】：目的探討分析卵巢透明細(xì)胞癌的CT影像特征。方法回顧性分析12例有完整臨床和CT圖像資料并經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的卵巢透明細(xì)胞癌,并總結(jié)其CT影像特征。結(jié)果 12例腫瘤發(fā)生的平均年齡約48歲,8例表現(xiàn)為I期病灶(75%);腫瘤均為單側(cè)發(fā)生,平均最大徑約11.6cm;腫塊均呈囊性病灶伴發(fā)實(shí)性突起改變,單房囊實(shí)性10例,多房囊實(shí)性2例;9例病灶邊緣清晰光整;囊性部分平均CT值約18HU;11例病灶實(shí)性突起呈偏心性附壁生長(zhǎng),6例病灶實(shí)性突起數(shù)目≤3個(gè);增強(qiáng)后實(shí)性突起均呈明顯不均勻強(qiáng)化。本組2例病灶伴發(fā)子宮內(nèi)膜異位;5例病灶伴發(fā)腹水。結(jié)論卵巢透明細(xì)胞癌的CT表現(xiàn)具有一定的特征性,CT是診斷本病有價(jià)值的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the CT imaging features of ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCC). Methods 12 cases of ovarian clear cell carcinoma with complete clinical and CT images and pathologically proved were retrospectively analyzed and their CT imaging features were summarized. Results the mean age of 12 cases was about 48 years old, 8 cases showed stage I lesions (75%), all the tumors were unilateral with the mean maximum diameter about 11.6 cm, the masses were all cystic lesions accompanied with solid processes, and 10 cases had single cystic solid lesions. There were 2 cases of multilocular cystic solid, 9 cases of clear light of lesion edge, 11 cases of solid process with eccentric wall-attached growth, 6 cases with less than 3 solid processes, and all the solid processes showed obvious uneven enhancement after contrast enhancement, the mean CT value of cystic part was about 18 HUU, 11 cases of solid processes of lesions showed eccentric wall attachment growth, and the number of solid processes in 6 cases was less than 3. Endometriosis was found in 2 cases and ascites in 5 cases. Conclusion the CT findings of ovarian clear cell carcinoma are characteristic, and CT is a valuable method for the diagnosis of this disease.
