實(shí)驗(yàn)性大鼠全肝灌注對(duì)比劑注射模式的探討
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the injection model of experimental whole liver perfusion contrast medium in rats and to improve the success rate of MSCT in hepatic perfusion imaging of small animals. Methods CT perfusion scanning was performed on 40 SD rats' livers. According to the volume of contrast medium, they were divided into two groups: group A (1.0 ml), B (2.0 ml). The perfusion scan was performed with 0.1 ml/s,0.2 ml/s,0.3 ml/s,0.4 ml/s injection rate (5 SD rats in each model). Hepatic perfusion parameters (hepatic artery perfusion volume (ALP), portal vein perfusion (PVP), hepatic artery perfusion index (HPI) and hepatic vein countercurrent were compared under different injection modes. Results when the dosage of contrast agent was 1.0 ml, there were significant differences in ALP,PVP among different injection rates (P0.05), and there was a difference between the two groups when the flow rate was 0.1 ml/s (P0.05), but the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). When the flow rate was 0. 3 ml/s,0.4 ml/s, the contractile countercurrent appeared, and when the contrast agent was 2. 0 ml, the ALP,PVP increased slightly and the HPI decreased slightly among the different injection rates, but the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). The contrast agent countercurrent occurred above 0. 2 ml/s. Conclusion the optimal injection mode of MSCT whole liver perfusion in SD rats is as follows: contrast dose 1.0 ml, injection rate 0.2 ml/s, perfusion parameters are stable and the contrast medium countercurrent is prevented.
