【摘要】：自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)是慢性胰腺炎的一種特殊類(lèi)型。盡管關(guān)于A(yíng)IP的各種臨床指南相繼推行,但在臨床上,AIP與胰腺癌的鑒別仍十分困難。參考AIP的指南及最新的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)了關(guān)于A(yíng)IP與胰腺癌的臨床表現(xiàn)、血清學(xué)改變、影像學(xué)改變及激素反應(yīng)四個(gè)方面的鑒別診斷要點(diǎn)。通過(guò)綜合分析上述鑒別要點(diǎn),胰腺占位患者的正確診斷可以得以明確,一些AIP患者也可以避免不必要的開(kāi)腹手術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) is a special type of chronic pancreatitis. Although various clinical guidelines on AIP have been carried out, it is still very difficult to differentiate AIP from pancreatic cancer clinically. With reference to the guidelines of AIP and the latest relevant literature, the differential diagnosis points of AIP and pancreatic cancer, including clinical manifestations, serological changes, imaging changes and hormone responses, were summarized. By comprehensive analysis of the above differential points, the correct diagnosis of pancreatic occupying patients can be made clear, and some patients with AIP can avoid unnecessary open surgery.
