【摘要】：目的探討多層螺旋CT腸道造影(CTE)在活動期潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎病情評估中的價值。方法搜集46例潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者的臨床及CTE檢查資料,對每例患者的CTE表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜合評分,分析CTE評分與Mayo評分的相關(guān)性。臨床病情的嚴(yán)重程度采用改良Mayo評分系統(tǒng),依據(jù)評分結(jié)果分成輕度、中度、重度三組。對三組間CTE的評分差異行統(tǒng)計學(xué)檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果 Mayo系統(tǒng)評分,46例中,輕度組10例,中度組17例,重度組19例。三組的CTE評分分別為4.9±2.3、7.6±2.6、10.9±2.0,各組之間的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的CTE評分與改良Mayo評分兩者之間呈線性正相關(guān)(相關(guān)系數(shù)0.835)。結(jié)論 CTE評分法可準(zhǔn)確地評估活動期潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎病情的嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT enterography (CTE) in the evaluation of active ulcerative colitis. Methods the clinical and CTE data of 46 patients with ulcerative colitis were collected. The CTE findings of each patient were evaluated and the correlation between CTE score and Mayo score was analyzed. A modified Mayo scoring system was used to evaluate the severity of the disease, which was divided into three groups: mild, moderate and severe. The differences of CTE scores among the three groups were tested statistically. Results of 46 cases with Mayo system score, 10 cases were mild group, 17 cases were moderate group and 19 cases were severe group. The CTE scores of the three groups were 4.9 鹵2.3 鹵7.6 鹵2.6 鹵10.9 鹵2.0, respectively. The difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P0.01). There was a positive linear correlation between the CTE score and the modified Mayo score in ulcerative colitis (correlation coefficient 0.835). Conclusion CTE scoring method can accurately evaluate the severity of active ulcerative colitis.
