一例標(biāo)槍投擲中發(fā)生前十字韌帶損傷的生物力學(xué)特點(diǎn)(英文)

[Abstract]:Aim: to understand the injury mechanism of anterior cruciate ligament in javelin movement and javelin technique related to anterior cruciate ligament injury. Methods: the subjects were a high-level female javelin athlete who completed the first three experiments in a healthy state. A fourth experiment was conducted during a recent track and field convention in which her left knee suffered a nonforce injury to the anterior cruciate ligament. We collected 3D kinematics data from injury and non-injury experiments and obtained data from the javelin biomechanics database for 52 men and 54 women high level javelin athletes. Results: after the first 25% of the throwing phase, the centroid of mass forward was faster and the velocity of vertical direction was lower than that of the non-injury group, and the angle and angular velocity of the left knee flexion angle and angular velocity were smaller in 21% of the first 21% of the throwing phase. But there was no significant difference between the left genu valgus and the rotation angle. During the throwing phase of the injury experiment, the photographic images showed a significant tibia forward movement; when the subjects touched the ground with their left feet, The angle and angular velocity of left knee flexion and the maximum flexion angle of left knee in throwing stage were not correlated with the data of 52 male and 54 female elite javelin athletes in the database. Conclusion: the anterior cruciate ligament injury in the study occurred in the first 30 th of the throwing stage, more likely in the first 25 th. The knee joint flexion angle of left leg is small, leading to hard landing is the main cause of injury. Javelin athletes should bend their knees for a soft landing to help them prevent anterior cruciate ligament injury without affecting their performance.
