MR擴散張量成像活體評估兔坐骨神經放射性損傷

【摘要】:目的探討DTI評估兔坐骨神經放射性損傷的可行性和準確性,分析各彌散參數(shù)(FA、ADC、λ⊥、λ∥)與病理及肢體功能的關系。方法選取21只新西蘭大白兔,隨機選取一側后肢行單次立體定向輻照制作坐骨神經放射性損傷模型。對實驗兔于輻照前、輻照后1天、1、2、3、4個月行DTI及T2WI、SPIR掃描,同時評價肢體功能變化,檢查完畢后于各時間點隨機處死2只兔行電鏡檢查。結果輻照前,輻照側與對照側各DTI參數(shù)差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05)。輻照后1天,輻照側FA值與對照側差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.075);輻照后1、2、3、4個月輻照側FA值均低于對照側(P均0.05)。輻照后1天、1、2、3、4個月,輻照側λ⊥及ADC值均高于對照側(P均0.05)。FA值與肢體功能呈正相關(r=0.833,P=0.039),λ⊥值與肢體功能呈負相關(r=-0.833,P=0.039),ADC、λ∥值與肢體功能無相關性(r=-0.586、-0.463,P均0.05)。結論 FA及λ⊥隨時間變化的趨勢與肢體功能及病理改變相一致,可作為評價兔周圍神經放射性損傷的可靠方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and accuracy of DTI in assessing the radiation-induced injury of sciatic nerve in rabbits, and to analyze the relationship between the diffusion parameters and pathological and limb functions. Methods Twenty-one New Zealand white rabbits were randomly selected for single stereotactic irradiation on one side of the hind limb to make the model of sciatic nerve radiation injury. The experimental rabbits were scanned with DTI and T2WIIR before irradiation, 1 day after irradiation, and 4 months after irradiation. At the same time, the functional changes of limbs were evaluated. At each time point, 2 rabbits were killed at random for electron microscopy. Results there was no significant difference in DTI parameters between the irradiated side and the control side before irradiation (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in FA value between the irradiated side and the control side 1 day after irradiation (P0. 075), but the FA value of the irradiated side was lower than that of the control side at the 3rd and 4th month after irradiation (P0. 05). On the first day after irradiation, 位 _ () and ADC in the irradiated side were significantly higher than those in the control (P < 0. 05). There was a positive correlation between the FA value and limb function (r = 0. 833, P < 0. 039), while there was a negative correlation between 位 _ () value and limb function (r = 0. 833). There was no correlation between 位 _ (0) and limb function (r = 0. 586- 0. 463a, P < 0. 05). Conclusion the trends of FA and 位 Karabakh over time are consistent with the limb function and pathological changes, and can be used as a reliable method to evaluate the peripheral nerve radiation injury in rabbits.
