【摘要】：囊性腎癌是指在影像學(xué)上表現(xiàn)為囊性或囊實混合性的一種較少見的腎細胞癌,由于其臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜多樣,早期單房囊腫型腎癌極易誤診為腎囊腫。本文主要總結(jié)囊性腎癌的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn),并對近年來超聲造影新技術(shù)對囊性腎癌的診斷價值及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Cystic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a rare renal cell carcinoma which is characterized by cystic or cystic mixed in imaging. Because of its complicated clinical manifestations, early single-locular renal cell carcinoma is easily misdiagnosed as renal cysts. In this paper, the imaging findings of cystic renal cell carcinoma are summarized, and the diagnostic value and application status of new contrast-enhanced ultrasound techniques in cystic renal cell carcinoma in recent years are reviewed.
