【摘要】：目的 :應(yīng)用錐形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)對患者下頜骨頦孔、副頦孔、下頜神經(jīng)前環(huán)等結(jié)構(gòu)進行測量分析,為頦孔區(qū)手術(shù)提供參考。方法:收集2015年1月—2015年8月在湘雅醫(yī)院口腔醫(yī)學(xué)中心就診的287例漢族患者的CBCT圖像,對頦孔區(qū)的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析。采用SPSS17.0軟件包對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 :頦孔多位于下頜第二前磨牙根方及下頜前磨牙之間(分別為60.80%、30.14%);副頦孔的發(fā)生率為4.88%,多位于下頜第二前磨牙根方,頦孔上方及遠中;下頜神經(jīng)前環(huán)的發(fā)生率為89.20%,長度為(1.99±1.39)mm;下頜第二前磨牙根尖到下頜神經(jīng)前環(huán)或下頜管的距離為(5.21±2.50)mm。結(jié)論:頦孔區(qū)域可有副頦孔;中國漢族人下頜神經(jīng)前環(huán)的出現(xiàn)率較高,變異大,頦孔區(qū)手術(shù)時應(yīng)予以高度重視。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure and analyze the structures of mandibular mental foramen, accessory mental foramen and anterior ring of mandibular nerve by cone-beam computed tomographic CT, and to provide reference for the operation of mental foramen. Methods: CBCT images of 287 Han nationality patients from January 2015 to August 2015 in Xiangya Hospital Stomatology Center were collected and the anatomical structure of mental foramen was analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software package. Results: most of the mental foramina were located between the root side of the second premolars and the mandibular premolars (60.80%, 30.14%, respectively), the incidence of the accessory mental foramen was 4.88, mostly located in the root side of the second premolars of the mandible, above and far away from the mental foramen. The incidence of mandibular anterior ring was 89.20 and the length was (1.99 鹵1.39) mm, and the distance from the root tip of mandibular second premolar to the anterior ring or canal of mandibular nerve was (5.21 鹵2.50) mm. Conclusion: accessory mental foramen can be found in the mental foramen region, the occurrence rate of anterior ring of mandibular nerve in Chinese Han nationality is higher and the variation is large, which should be paid more attention to in the operation of mental foramen region.
