【摘要】：目的分析近5年飛行不合格飛行人員疾病譜特點和規(guī)律,為新時期進一步做好航衛(wèi)保障工作提供參考資料。方法收集我院2010年1月—2015年4月190例飛行不合格飛行人員病歷資料,按疾病種類、涉及專業(yè)科室及年齡分布進行分類統(tǒng)計。結果排在前20位的病癥為頭痛、高血壓、腰椎間盤突出癥、頸椎病、高脂血癥、抑郁癥、屈光不正、暈厥、神經(jīng)性耳聾、心境不良等。前10位專業(yè)科室是神經(jīng)內(nèi)科、骨科、心血管內(nèi)科、精神科、眼科、消化科、內(nèi)分泌科、耳鼻喉科、全軍臨床航空醫(yī)學中心及泌尿外科。31~40歲年齡段構成比最高,占51.05%。結論飛行人員醫(yī)學停飛疾病譜較廣涉及各專業(yè)科室,其中內(nèi)科、骨科、眼科和耳鼻喉科疾病依然是醫(yī)學停飛的常見原因,而精神性和代謝性疾病呈上升趨勢,值得關注和重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics and rules of disease spectrum of flight unqualified pilots in recent 5 years, and to provide reference materials for the further work of aviation and health support in the new period. Methods the medical records of 190 flight unqualified pilots in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2015 were collected and classified according to the types of diseases, specialized departments and age distribution. Results the top 20 diseases were headache, hypertension, lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylopathy, hyperlipidemia, depression, ametropia, syncope, neurodeafness, mood disorder and so on. The top 10 professional departments were neurology, orthopedics, cardiovascular medicine, psychiatry, ophthalmology, digestive department, endocrine department, otolaryngology department, clinical aeronautical medical center of the whole army and urology. The proportion of 40 years old was the highest, accounting for 51.05%. Conclusion the medical grounded disease spectrum of flight personnel is widely involved in various professional departments. Medical department, orthopedic department, ophthalmology and otolaryngology disease are still the common causes of medical grounded, while mental and metabolic diseases are on the rise, which deserves attention and attention.
