廣西瑤族和苗族人群18個STR基因座遺傳多態(tài)性

【摘要】:采用PCR擴(kuò)增及毛細(xì)管電泳技術(shù)對廣西瑤族、苗族人群138名個體進(jìn)行18個短串聯(lián)重復(fù)序列位點(diǎn)分析。在廣西瑤族樣本中檢出167種等位基因,在廣西苗族樣本中檢出159種等位基因,廣西瑤族基因頻率分布為0.007~0.579,廣西苗族為0.007~0.537,所有基因座基因型頻率均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P0.05)。廣西瑤族、苗族群體雜合度分別為0.571~0.943和0.603~0.956,個人識別能力為0.767~0.971和0.782~0.968,多態(tài)信息總量為0.520~0.890和0.580~0.870;非父排除率分別在0.258~0.884和0.294~0.910,累積個體識別力為0.999 999999 999 999 999 976 02和0.999 999 999 999 999 999 973 38;累積非父排除概率為0.999 999 978 8和0.999 999992 1。
[Abstract]:PCR amplification and capillary electrophoresis were used to analyze 18 short tandem repeats (STR) loci in 138 individuals from Yao and Miao ethnic groups in Guangxi. 167 alleles were detected in the samples of Yao nationality in Guangxi and 159 alleles were detected in the samples of Miao nationality in Guangxi. The frequency distribution of the gene in Guangxi Yao nationality was 0.007 ~ 0.579, and that in the Miao nationality of Guangxi was 0.007 ~ 0.537. The genotype frequency of all loci was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P0.05). Guangxi Yao nationality, The heterozygosity of Miao population was 0.943 and 0.6030.56 respectively, the individual recognition ability was 0.7670.971,0.782mm. the total amount of polymorphic information was 0.5200.890 and 0.5800.70.The non-paternal exclusion rate was 0.2580.84 and 0.2940.910, and the cumulative individual recognition ability was 0.999 999999 999 999 976 02 and 0.999 999 999 999 999,389.The total amount of polymorphic information was 0.520 / 0.890 and 0.2940.910 respectively, and the cumulative individual recognition capacity was 0.999 999999 999 999 976 02 and 0.999 999 999 999 9999 389. The non-paternal exclusion probability is 0.999 999 978 8 and 0.999 999992 1.
