【摘要】:正miRNAs是一類由22個左右核苷酸組成的單鏈內(nèi)源性非編碼小RNA分子,參與轉(zhuǎn)錄后基因表達的調(diào)控作用,廣泛存在于動植物和病毒中,其表達具有高度的組織特異性和階段特異性~([1-2])。自miRNA于1993年被首次發(fā)現(xiàn)以來~([3]),人們發(fā)現(xiàn),miRNA不僅參與脂質(zhì)代謝~([4])、細胞的發(fā)育及干細胞的維持等眾多生理過程~([5]),還參與腫瘤~([6])、糖尿病~([7])、心血管疾病~([8])等病理過程。隨著對miRNA研究的逐漸深
[Abstract]:Regular miRNAs are a class of single-stranded endogenous non-coding small RNA molecules consisting of 22 nucleotides or so, which are involved in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression and are widely expressed in animals, plants and viruses.
