【摘要】：正患者男,59歲,因左側(cè)腰部脹痛伴血尿8個(gè)月,再發(fā)6天就診�；颊�8個(gè)月前無(wú)明顯誘因下出現(xiàn)左側(cè)腰脹不適,無(wú)他處放射,伴肉眼血尿,為鮮紅色,無(wú)惡心嘔吐、尿頻尿急尿痛、畏寒發(fā)熱等,于外院查腹部CT示"左腎占位",當(dāng)時(shí)未予診治。6天前患者無(wú)明顯誘因下再次出現(xiàn)肉眼血尿,性質(zhì)同
[Abstract]:Male patient 59 years old, due to left lumbar distended pain with hematuria 8 months, another 6 days.
