【摘要】：目的了解赤水市農(nóng)村學(xué)齡兒童運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害現(xiàn)狀,分析導(dǎo)致運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法于2014年6月在赤水市分別抽取葫市鎮(zhèn)葫市小學(xué)五年級(jí)、天臺(tái)鎮(zhèn)天臺(tái)學(xué)校七年級(jí)共268名學(xué)生,用自制兒童運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害調(diào)查問卷回顧性調(diào)查近一年的運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害相關(guān)情況,包括一般情況、家庭情況、學(xué)校情況和傷害發(fā)生情況等。結(jié)果赤水市兒童運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害發(fā)生率為20.89%,其中男童為24.62%,女童為17.39%。男童與女童運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害發(fā)生率無明顯差異(P=0.146);留守兒童運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害發(fā)生率雖略高于非留守兒童,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(24.34%vs.18.30%,P=0.228);不同性格兒童運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害發(fā)生率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.010);運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害類型前三位依次是扭傷(44.64%)、擦傷(16.71%)、骨折(10.71%)。運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害原因前三位依次是足球(44.64%)、跑步(32.14%)和籃球(10.71%)。結(jié)論赤水市兒童運(yùn)動(dòng)傷害發(fā)生率較高,應(yīng)當(dāng)在進(jìn)一步調(diào)查的同時(shí),建立有效的干預(yù)模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of sports injury among schoolchildren in Chishui City and to analyze the risk factors leading to sports injury. Methods in June 2014, 268 students of grade 7 in grade 5 of primary school and Tiantai Town were sampled from Chishui City, Chishui City, respectively. A self-made questionnaire on children's sports injury was used to investigate the related situation of sports injury in the past year. Including general situation, family situation, school situation and injury occurrence and so on. Results the incidence of sports injury in children in Chishui was 20.89, including 24.62 for boys and 17.39 for girls. There was no significant difference in the incidence of sports injuries between boys and girls (P = 0.146), while the incidence of sports injuries in left-behind children was slightly higher than that in non-left-behind children. But there was no significant difference (24.34vs.18.30), the incidence of sports injury in children with different personality was statistically significant (P0.010), the first three types of sports injury were sprain (44.64%), scratch (16.71%), fracture (10.71%). The top three causes of sports injuries were soccer (44.64%), running (32.14%) and basketball (10.71%). Conclusion the incidence of sports injury in children in Chishui City is high, and an effective intervention model should be established while further investigation is carried out.
