一種改進(jìn)的3D血管增強(qiáng)算法

【摘要】:Sato的濾波器可以有效地濾除3D數(shù)據(jù)中的面狀結(jié)構(gòu)和球狀結(jié)構(gòu),但是對(duì)于背景信息濾除效果不佳;赟ato的血管增強(qiáng)原理,提出了一種改進(jìn)算法。新算法將背景像素的Hessian矩陣特征值也考慮到濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)中,增強(qiáng)了濾波器濾除背景像素的功能;谂R床頸動(dòng)脈的CTA數(shù)據(jù)和腦部血管MRA數(shù)據(jù),做了實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在保留原算法優(yōu)點(diǎn)的情況下,背景內(nèi)容被大幅度移除,圖像對(duì)比度得到進(jìn)一步提高,血管結(jié)構(gòu)更加清晰可辨。
[Abstract]:Sato filter can effectively filter out the surface structure and spherical structure in 3D data, but the filtering effect is not good for background information. Based on the principle of Sato, an improved algorithm is proposed. The new algorithm takes the Hessian matrix eigenvalue of background pixels into account in the design of the filter and enhances the filter's function of filtering background pixels. Based on CTA data of clinical carotid artery and MRA data of cerebral vessels, experimental analysis was made. The experimental results show that, with the advantages of the original algorithm, the background content is removed greatly, the image contrast is further improved, and the vascular structure is more clearly discernible.
