同步輻射衍射增強成像技術應用于小鼠腎臟的成像實驗

【摘要】:目的:不同于常規(guī)的吸收成像,相位襯度成像可以獲得更高的襯度分辨率、顯示更多的微細結(jié)構(gòu)信息,尤其適合于輕元素(含氮、氫成分較高的組織)顯示,本實驗通過對小鼠腎臟組織的成像研究,旨在評價應用同步輻射相位襯度成像技術在軟組織成像診斷上的價值。方法:在北京同步輻射裝置形貌站4W1A束線上,設計衍射增強成像實驗(DEI)光路,取經(jīng)過福爾馬林固定后的小鼠腎臟組織樣品(根據(jù)光斑尺寸做適度切除),置于光路的樣品架上進行成像,以空間分辨率和組織襯度作為評價標準。結(jié)果:在衍射增強(DEI)中腰位成像獲得較好的對比度及圖像襯度,可以顯示包括腎小球結(jié)構(gòu)在內(nèi)的腎臟微細結(jié)構(gòu);采用333Si分析晶體要比111Si襯度明顯提高。結(jié)論:衍射增強成像技術能較好顯示腎臟的微細解剖結(jié)構(gòu),對于以輕元素為主的臟器成像有較好的應用價值,而對于適齡和老齡的腎臟之間存在著的血管模式、形態(tài)上的差異在某種程度上有一定的診斷價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: unlike conventional absorption imaging, phase contrast imaging can achieve higher contrast resolution and display more microstructural information, especially for light elements (tissues with high nitrogen and hydrogen content). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of synchrotron radiation phase contrast imaging in the diagnosis of soft tissue imaging. Methods: at the 4W1A beam line of the Beijing Synchrotron radiation Facility, a diffraction enhanced imaging (Dei) optical path was designed. After formalin fixation, the renal tissue samples of mice (resected moderately according to the size of light spots) were placed on the frame of the light path for imaging. The spatial resolution and tissue contrast were used as the evaluation criteria. Results: the contrast and contrast of lumbar images were obtained in diffractive contrast enhancement (DEI), and the renal microstructures, including glomerular structure, were revealed, and the contrast of crystal with 333Si was significantly higher than that of 111Si. Conclusion: diffraction enhanced imaging can better display the fine anatomy of kidney, and has good application value for visceral imaging with light elements, but there is a vascular pattern between the aged and the aged kidney. Morphological differences have some diagnostic value to some extent.
