泡沫軸練習(xí)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)性肌肉疲勞恢復(fù)過程中肌肉功能的影響

【摘要】:目的:觀察泡沫軸練習(xí)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)性肌肉疲勞恢復(fù)過程中肌肉功能變化的影響,為該方法在實(shí)際中的運(yùn)用提供依據(jù)。方法:選取44名男性大學(xué)生,隨機(jī)分為泡沫軸組(n=22)和空白組(n=22),運(yùn)用深蹲負(fù)荷造成下肢伸膝肌群運(yùn)動(dòng)性肌肉疲勞模型。泡沫軸組在造模運(yùn)動(dòng)后30分鐘內(nèi)接受泡沫軸滾壓。分別于造模前、造模后0.5 h、24 h和48 h四個(gè)時(shí)相通過等長(zhǎng)和等速向心兩個(gè)測(cè)試模式分別測(cè)定峰力矩和等速模式下的總做功。結(jié)果:(1)峰力矩在造模后0.5 h,兩組均比造模前顯著性降低(P0.05),24 h泡沫軸組具有高于空白組的趨勢(shì),但無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05),48 h時(shí)泡沫軸組明顯高于空白組(P0.05)且基本恢復(fù)至造模前水平;(2)在造模后0.5 h,兩組的等速向心做功均比造模前顯著性降低(P0.05),24 h時(shí)泡沫軸組具有高于空白組的趨勢(shì),但無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05),48h時(shí)泡沫軸組做功能力明顯高于空白組(P0.05)且基本恢復(fù)至造模前水平(P0.05)。結(jié)論:(1)運(yùn)動(dòng)性肌肉疲勞可以導(dǎo)致肌肉最大力量和做功能力的顯著下降,這種功能下降在48小時(shí)之內(nèi)都不能完全恢復(fù);(2)泡沫軸練習(xí)能夠改善運(yùn)動(dòng)性肌肉疲勞后肌肉的最大力量和做功能力,加快疲勞后肌肉功能的恢復(fù);(3)泡沫軸練習(xí)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)性肌肉疲勞的影響表現(xiàn)出時(shí)間的延遲性和效果的累積性,其干預(yù)效果在24 h后顯現(xiàn),在48 h后效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of foam axis exercise on muscle function during the recovery of exercise muscle fatigue, and to provide the basis for the application of this method in practice. Methods: Forty-four male college students were randomly divided into foam shaft group (nong22) and blank group (nong22). The exercise muscle fatigue model of extensor knee muscle group of lower extremities was induced by squat load. Foam shafts are rolled within 30 minutes after modeling. The peak torque and the total work in the isokinetic mode were measured by isometric and isokinetic methods before, 0.5 h and 48 h after modeling, respectively. Results: (1) at 0.5 h after modeling, the peak torque of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). The peak torque of the 24 h foam shaft group was higher than that of the blank group. But there was no significant difference (P0.05) at 48 h, the foam shaft group was significantly higher than the blank group (P0.05) and basically recovered to the pre-model level; (2) at 0.5 h after modeling, the concentric work of the two groups was significantly lower than that before modeling (P0.05) at 24 h, the foam shaft group had a higher trend than the blank group. But there was no significant difference (P0.05) at 48h, the work ability of foam shaft group was significantly higher than that of blank group (P0.05) and basically recovered to the pre-model level (P0.05). Conclusion: (1) Exercise-induced muscle fatigue can significantly decrease the maximum muscle strength and the ability to do work. This decline in function cannot be fully recovered within 48 hours; (2) foam axis exercises can improve muscle maximum strength and ability to do work after exercise muscle fatigue. (3) the effect of foam axis exercise on exercise muscle fatigue showed time delay and cumulative effect. The intervention effect was obvious after 24 hours and 48 hours.
