ICVD患者血管內(nèi)支架成形術(shù)后腦CT灌注成像結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的從影像學(xué)角度評(píng)價(jià)血管內(nèi)支架成形術(shù)治療缺血性腦血管病(ICVD)的臨床效果,探討腦CT灌注成像檢查的重要性及必要性。方法對(duì)19例因顱內(nèi)外動(dòng)脈狹窄導(dǎo)致的ICVD患者行顱內(nèi)外血管內(nèi)支架成形術(shù),頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈放置支架15枚、大腦中動(dòng)脈M1段放置支架4枚。術(shù)前及術(shù)后1周內(nèi)行腦CT灌注成像檢查,記錄相對(duì)腦血流量(r CBF)、相對(duì)腦血容量(r CBV)、相對(duì)平均通過(guò)時(shí)間(r MTT)。結(jié)果與術(shù)前比較,19例患者術(shù)后r CBF升高、r MTT降低(P0.05),r CBV差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論血管內(nèi)支架成形術(shù)可明顯改善ICVD的腦血流灌注,CT灌注成像檢查是評(píng)價(jià)血管內(nèi)支架成形術(shù)手術(shù)效果的可靠方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of endovascular stent angioplasty in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (iCVD) and to explore the importance and necessity of CT perfusion imaging. Methods Intracranial and extracranial angioplasty was performed in 19 patients with iCVD caused by stenosis of extracranial artery. 15 stents were placed in internal carotid artery and 4 stents were placed in M1 segment of middle cerebral artery. The relative cerebral blood flow (rCBF), relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV) and relative mean transit time (rMTT) were recorded before and 1 week after operation. Results there was no significant difference in rCBF between 19 patients and 19 patients (P0.05). Conclusion Endovascular stent angioplasty can significantly improve cerebral blood flow perfusion CT perfusion imaging is a reliable method to evaluate the effect of endovascular stent angioplasty.
