【摘要】：正隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,近年來結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)病率不斷上升,結(jié)直腸癌已經(jīng)成為全球癌癥發(fā)病率和死亡率上升的主要原因[1],結(jié)直腸癌的病理分期被認(rèn)為是前瞻性評價原發(fā)病灶范圍、正確選定治療方案和預(yù)測根治性手術(shù)后生存率和正確制定術(shù)后隨訪計劃最關(guān)鍵的因素,其中TNM病理分期是用來評估預(yù)后和決定是否需要輔助治療,綜合了臨床分期和病理學(xué)檢查結(jié)果,被認(rèn)為是最準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)后評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨著影像技術(shù)的不斷改進,尤其是多層螺旋CT
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the change of diet structure, the incidence of colorectal cancer has been increasing in recent years. Colorectal cancer has become the leading cause of the global increase in cancer morbidity and mortality [1] and the pathological staging of colorectal cancer is considered to be a prospective assessment of the range of primary lesions, The key factors to correctly select the treatment plan and predict the survival rate after radical surgery and to correctly formulate the postoperative follow-up plan are TNM pathological stages to evaluate the prognosis and determine whether adjuvant treatment is required.
