【摘要】:目的:19-去甲雄酮(19-Norandrosterone,19NA)和19-去甲本膽烷醇酮(19-Noretiocholanolone,19NE)是競技體育中禁用的內(nèi)源性類固醇興奮劑,可由諾龍代謝而來。本研究的目的是采用同位素比質譜方法對尿中19NA和19NE進行檢測規(guī)律研究。方法:征集2名男性志愿者?诜20 mg諾龍,并于服藥前后收集尿樣。對尿樣中19NA和19NE的濃度及同位素比進行測定。結果:服藥后尿樣中19NA和19NE的濃度迅速上升,其同位素比降低至接近受試品的同位素比值。結論:攝入諾龍不影響尿中孕烷二醇、雄酮、本膽烷醇酮的同位素比值。尿樣在服藥后27小時內(nèi)提示尿樣為陽性。
[Abstract]:Objective: 19- Norandrosterone 19NAand 19-Noretiocholanolone19NE) are prohibited endogenous steroid stimulants in competitive sports, which can be metabolized by Norone. The aim of this study was to detect 19NA and 19NE in urine by isotope ratio mass spectrometry. Methods: two male volunteers were recruited. Take orally 20 mg Norone and collect urine samples before and after taking medicine. The concentrations and isotopic ratios of 19NA and 19NE in urine samples were determined. Results: the concentrations of 19NA and 19NE in urine increased rapidly, and the isotopic ratio of 19na and 19NE decreased to close to those of the sample. Conclusion: intake of Norone does not affect the isotopic ratios of pregnanediol, androsterone and procholanolone in urine. Urine samples were positive within 27 hours after medication.
