運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)老年人睡眠方式和代謝特征的影響

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)中等強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)坐式生活方式的老年人睡眠質(zhì)量和代謝特征的影響。方法 14例坐式生活,健康男性老年人自愿參與研究。受試者完成每天60 min中等強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng),每周3 d,共24 w,功率等于個(gè)體通氣無(wú)氧閾。環(huán)境溫度保持在(23±2)℃,空氣濕度為(60±5)%。分別進(jìn)行3次血液收集和多功能睡眠記錄:基礎(chǔ)值(訓(xùn)練前1 w)、訓(xùn)練3個(gè)月后和訓(xùn)練6個(gè)月后。結(jié)果訓(xùn)練3個(gè)月后與基礎(chǔ)值相比,訓(xùn)練促進(jìn)有氧能力增加(相對(duì)VO2,時(shí)間和速度VO2max;P0.05),降低血清自由脂肪酸,胰島素濃度和HOMA指數(shù)改善(P0.05),脂肪細(xì)胞因子水平增加(P0.05)。訓(xùn)練6個(gè)月后與基礎(chǔ)值相比,睡眠參數(shù),覺(jué)醒時(shí)間和REM睡眠潛伏期降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論中等強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)改善老年人睡眠特征,但是代謝適應(yīng)不能持久改善,建議老年人群需要修正運(yùn)動(dòng)策略以保證持續(xù)改變相關(guān)的代謝。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effects of moderate exercise on sleep quality and metabolic characteristics of elderly people with sitting lifestyle.
