【摘要】：正精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療戰(zhàn)略使得醫(yī)學(xué)影像領(lǐng)域向著定量影像的方向快速發(fā)展。隨著定量影像相關(guān)的序列、軟件和應(yīng)用技術(shù)的優(yōu)化,尤其是伴隨動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)血流動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的開發(fā)與改進(jìn),動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)定量成像技術(shù)在MRI、CT領(lǐng)域的研究成果豐碩。為腫瘤良惡性評(píng)估及分期、腫瘤化療藥物和抗血管生成藥物臨床療效評(píng)估提供了更精準(zhǔn)的影像評(píng)估工具,腫瘤定量影像研究和臨床普及應(yīng)用也成為目前的影像發(fā)展熱點(diǎn)之一。
[Abstract]:The positive precision medical strategy makes the medical imaging field develop rapidly towards the direction of quantitative image. With the optimization of quantitative image sequence, software and application technology, especially with the development and improvement of dynamic enhanced hemodynamic model, dynamic enhanced quantitative imaging technology in the field of MRI CT has achieved fruitful results. It provides a more accurate imaging evaluation tool for the evaluation of clinical efficacy of tumor chemotherapeutic drugs and anti-angiogenic drugs. Quantitative imaging research and clinical application of tumor quantitative imaging have become one of the focus of imaging development.
