【摘要】：正賽維健(注射用雷替曲塞,Raltitrexed)屬葉酸結(jié)構(gòu)類似物抗葉酸制劑,是直接、特異性胸苷酸合酶(TS)抑制劑。賽維健可被細胞膜主動攝取,在細胞內(nèi)代謝為一系列多聚谷氨酸類化合物,藥物原型和代謝產(chǎn)物均可發(fā)揮更強的抗腫瘤作用。長期臨床觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),賽維健給藥時間短、半衰期長達198小時、血管刺激性小、不良反應輕微,符合介入手術(shù)需求,且不需使用微量泵,減少感染風險,最大程度保證了患者生活質(zhì)量。為了進一步探討賽維健的科學應用,為臨床上提供更有效的治療方案,同時為廣大介入醫(yī)師提供一個交流學習平臺,《介入放射學雜志》和南京正大天晴制藥有限公司共同開展"賽維健有獎?wù)魑?
[Abstract]:Rotitrexide (for injection), a folic acid analogue, is a direct, specific thymidine synthase (TSX) inhibitor. Saivijian can be actively ingested by cell membrane and metabolized as a series of polyglutamic acid compounds in the cell. Both drug prototypes and metabolites can play a stronger antitumor effect. Long-term clinical observation showed that the administration time was short, the half-life was up to 198 hours, the blood vessel irritation was small, the adverse reaction was mild, and the need of interventional surgery was not required, and no micropump was needed to reduce the risk of infection. To the greatest extent, the quality of life of patients is guaranteed. In order to further explore the scientific application of Saivijian and provide a more effective treatment plan for clinical use, At the same time, it provides a platform for interventional physicians to exchange and study. The Journal of Interventional Radiology and Nanjing Zhengda Tianqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. jointly launched the "Saivijian Award essay".
