不同運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷下肥胖青少年心臟自主神經(jīng)功能的研究

【摘要】:本文通過(guò)對(duì)比正常、超重和肥胖青少年在不同負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)中HRV的變化情況,研究肥胖以及運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷對(duì)HRV的影響,希望能將運(yùn)動(dòng)中HRV的相關(guān)指標(biāo)來(lái)作為評(píng)估青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的指標(biāo)之一。 研究選取北京市海淀區(qū)某中學(xué)初1年級(jí)男生41人,經(jīng)詢問(wèn)及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查無(wú)頭暈、慢性傳染病、心臟病、四肢關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙者,根據(jù)篩查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分成正常組、超重組和肥胖組。正常組為對(duì)照組。測(cè)試前,為受試者佩戴好polar表。休息100分鐘后,在平臥的狀態(tài)下測(cè)定5分鐘的HRV值。然后以500轉(zhuǎn)/min的速度在50、75和100W的負(fù)荷下蹬踩自行車,各5分鐘,記錄實(shí)驗(yàn)后5分鐘的HRV值。 研究結(jié)果顯示三組青少年的HRV指標(biāo)有以下趨勢(shì):1.運(yùn)動(dòng)前:肥胖組的HF低于正常組,LF/HF高于正常組(p(0.01),超重組的LF/HF高于正常組(p0.05);2.50W:肥胖組的TF低于正常組,LF/HF高于正常組(p0.01),VLF、LF高于正常組(p<0.05),超重組的LF/HF高于正常組(p<0.05);3.75W:肥胖組的TFHF低于正常組,VLF、LF和LF/HF高于正常組(p0.01),超重組TF、HF低于正常組,LF高于正常組(p0.01),VLF高于正常組(p0.05);4.100W:肥胖組的TF、HF低于正常組,LF、LF/HF高于正常組(p0.01),VLF高于正常組(p0.05),超重組TF低于正常組,LF/HF高于正常組(p0.01),VLF高于正常組(p0.05);5.運(yùn)動(dòng)后:肥胖組的TF、HF低于正常組,VLF、LF高于正常組(p0.01),超重組TF低于正常組,VLF高于正常組(p0.01)。 研究中得出結(jié)論:1.安靜狀態(tài)下,肥胖和超重青少年自主神經(jīng)的均衡性發(fā)生改變。2.中高等運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷下,肥胖青少年自主神經(jīng)整合功能和迷走神經(jīng)張力都低于正常青少年,交感神經(jīng)張力高于正常青少年。交感神經(jīng)和迷走神經(jīng)的失衡程度高于正常青少年,表現(xiàn)為交感神經(jīng)的興奮。3.肥胖青少年的心率變異性較正常青少年降低,迷走神經(jīng)張力降低,交感神經(jīng)張力提高。肥胖會(huì)影響青少年的心臟迷走神經(jīng)張力及交感神經(jīng)與迷走神經(jīng)的平衡,使肥胖青少年發(fā)生心血管疾病的危險(xiǎn)性進(jìn)一步增加。
[Abstract]:The effects of obesity and exercise load on HRV were studied by comparing the changes of HRV in normal, overweight and obese adolescents during different load exercise. It is hoped that the related indexes of HRV in exercise can be used as one of the indexes to evaluate the sports risk of teenagers. The study selected 41 male students from a middle school in Haidian District, Beijing, who had no dizziness, chronic infectious disease, heart disease by asking and questionnaire investigation. Patients with dyskinesia of extremities were divided into normal group, hyperreconstituted group and obese group according to screening criteria. The normal group was the control group. Before the test, wear the polar watch for the subjects. After 100 minutes of rest, HRV was measured in supine state for 5 minutes. Then at the speed of 500 rpm and 100W, the two groups pedaled on the bicycle for 5 minutes each, and recorded the HRV values of 5 minutes after the experiment. The results showed that the HRV index of the three groups showed the following trend: 1. Before exercise, the HF of obese group was lower than that of normal group (P < 0.05), and that of obese group was higher than that of normal group (P < 0.05), and that of superrecombinant LF / HF was higher than that of normal group (2.50 W). The TF of obese group was higher than that of normal group (P < 0.05), and that of VLFF of obese group was higher than that of normal group (p < 0.05). TFHF was lower than that in normal group and LF / P / HF was higher than that in normal group (P 0.01), superrecombinant TFHF was lower than that in normal group (P 0.01) and VLF was higher than that in normal group (P 0.05) 4.100W: the TFHF of obese group was lower than that of normal group (P 0.01) and that of normal group was higher than that of normal group (p 0.05), and that of superrecombinant TF was lower than that of normal group (P < 0.05). The level of TFHF in obese group was lower than that in normal group (P < 0.05), and that in obese group was lower than that in normal group (P < 0.05). VLF was higher than normal group (P 0.01) and normal group (P 0.05). After exercise, the TFFHF of obese group was lower than that of normal group, and that of superrecombinant TF was lower than that of normal group and VLF of normal group was higher than that of normal group. At rest, the balance of autonomic nerves in obese and overweight adolescents changed by. 2. 2. Under middle and higher exercise load, the autonomic nerve integration function and vagus nerve tension of obese adolescents were lower than those of normal adolescents, and sympathetic nerve tension was higher than that of normal adolescents. The degree of imbalance of sympathetic and vagus nerves was higher than that of normal adolescents. The heart rate variability, vagus nerve tension and sympathetic nerve tension of obese adolescents were lower than those of normal adolescents. Obesity affects cardiac vagus tension and the balance of sympathetic and vagus nerves in adolescents, and increases the risk of cardiovascular disease in obese adolescents.
