【摘要】:目的:本研究旨在驗(yàn)證通過(guò)體育鍛煉和睡眠教育相結(jié)合的方式對(duì)有長(zhǎng)期睡眠障礙的成年人的自測(cè)睡眠狀況是否有改善以及改善程度如何。方法:本研究是一項(xiàng)對(duì)已有描述和已發(fā)表研究的補(bǔ)充分析報(bào)告。數(shù)據(jù)由98位非臨床程度的伴長(zhǎng)期睡眠障礙且運(yùn)動(dòng)能力正常的成年人提供。數(shù)據(jù)還包括睡眠日志、訓(xùn)練日志以及計(jì)步器數(shù)據(jù),這些數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)試分別在干預(yù)開(kāi)始前和完成6周訓(xùn)練后進(jìn)行。結(jié)果:計(jì)步數(shù)(p=0.02)體力活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)度(p=0.01)與主觀睡眠參數(shù)的改善顯著相關(guān),說(shuō)明這兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)在綜合睡眠項(xiàng)目中有獨(dú)立影響作用。睡眠日志數(shù)據(jù)(睡眠恢復(fù)、進(jìn)入睡眠后醒來(lái)的次數(shù)和時(shí)間)在完成干預(yù)之后顯著改善(p0.01)。約50%的參與者認(rèn)為體力活動(dòng)可改善其睡眠質(zhì)量。結(jié)論:聯(lián)合干預(yù)后主觀睡眠質(zhì)量的改善不能僅歸功于認(rèn)知能力,體力活動(dòng)也有其重要且獨(dú)立的作用。長(zhǎng)期睡眠障礙的成年人從體力活動(dòng)中獲益,因此有組織的體力活動(dòng)應(yīng)被列入睡眠管理計(jì)劃中。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether and to what extent the self-rated sleep status of adults with long-term sleep disorders can be improved by the combination of physical exercise and sleep education. Methods: this study is a supplementary analysis of existing and published studies. The data were provided by 98 non-clinical adults with long-term sleep disorders and normal motor ability. The data also included sleep logs, training logs, and pedometer data, which were tested before and after six weeks of training. Results: the length of physical activity was significantly correlated with the improvement of subjective sleep parameters, indicating that the two indexes had an independent effect on the comprehensive sleep items. Sleep log data (sleep recovery, the number and time to wake up after sleep entry) improved significantly after the intervention. About 50% of participants thought physical activity could improve their sleep quality. Conclusion: the improvement of subjective sleep quality after combined intervention can not only be attributed to cognitive ability, physical activity also has an important and independent role. Adults with chronic sleep disorders benefit from physical activity, so organized physical activity should be included in sleep management plans.
