【摘要】：目的:探討鉬靶在未捫及腫塊乳腺癌診斷中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:2013年7月到2015年10月選擇在我院診治的未捫及乳腺腫塊疑似患者96例,所有患者都給予鉬靶診斷與病理確診。結(jié)果:鉬靶影像學(xué)特征主要形態(tài)不規(guī)則45例,鈣化34例,毛刺29例,結(jié)構(gòu)不清晰56例,鉬靶確診為乳腺癌陽(yáng)性50例,陰性46例。病理確診乳腺癌陽(yáng)性52例,陰性44例,為此鉬靶在未捫及腫塊乳腺癌診斷中的敏感性與特異性為100.0%和95.7%。結(jié)論:鉬靶在未捫及腫塊乳腺癌診斷中的應(yīng)用有很好的影像學(xué)特征,診斷價(jià)值比較高,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the application of molybdenum target in the diagnosis of unpalpable breast cancer. Methods: 96 patients with unpalpable breast masses were selected from July 2013 to October 2015. All the patients were given molybdenum target diagnosis and pathological diagnosis. Results: the imaging features of molybdenum target were mainly irregular in 45 cases, calcification in 34 cases, burr in 29 cases, unclear structure in 56 cases, positive breast cancer in 50 cases and negative in 46 cases. 52 cases of breast cancer were positive and 44 cases were negative. The sensitivity and specificity of molybdenum target in the diagnosis of unpalpable masses of breast cancer were 100.0% and 95.7% respectively. Conclusion: the application of molybdenum target in the diagnosis of unpalpable breast cancer has good imaging features and is worth popularizing.
