【摘要】：目的:建立一種穩(wěn)定的、可操作性強(qiáng)的病證結(jié)合大鼠輻射損傷模型,以滿足研究藥物對(duì)輻射損傷防治評(píng)價(jià)的需求。方法:采用碳離子(~(12)C~(6+))束照射大鼠右側(cè)肺部構(gòu)建輻射損傷動(dòng)物模型,同時(shí)設(shè)立正常對(duì)照組、單純輻射組、輻射+黃芪湯組,從病因、癥狀、客觀指標(biāo)、藥物反證等方面對(duì)輻射損傷大鼠模型進(jìn)行綜合判斷,驗(yàn)證該模型的中醫(yī)證候?qū)傩�。結(jié)果:單純輻射組大鼠的癥狀體征(攝食量、飲水量、心率、肛溫、排尿量、體質(zhì)量)、血象(WBC與RBC)、脾臟、胸腺指數(shù)等指標(biāo)與正常對(duì)照組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。輻射+黃芪湯組可明顯改善大鼠的主觀癥狀和上述客觀指標(biāo),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:~(12)C~(6+)束照射大鼠輻射損傷模型的中醫(yī)證候?qū)傩允菤怅巸商撟C。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a stable and operable model of radiation injury in combination of disease and syndrome in order to meet the needs of drug research on radiation damage prevention and treatment. Methods: the animal model of radiation injury was established by irradiation of the right lung of the rat with the carbon ion (C12) and the radiation group was established as control group, simple radiation group and radiative Huangqi decoction group, according to the etiology, symptoms and objective indexes of the model, the animal model of radiation injury was established in the right lung of the rats. The model of radiation injury was judged synthetically, and the TCM syndrome attribute of the model was verified. Results: the symptoms and signs (intake, drinking water, heart rate, anus temperature, urination volume, body weight, WBC and RBCU, spleen and thymus index) of the rats in the radiation group were significantly different from those in the normal control group (P 0.01). Radiation Huangqi decoction group could obviously improve the subjective symptoms and the above objective indexes of rats, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion the TCM syndromes of radiation injury model of rats irradiated with the beam are qi and yin deficiency syndrome.
