【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)皮髓核旋切術(shù)聯(lián)合臭氧注射治療腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床療效。方法將我院收治的60例腰椎間盤突出癥患者隨機(jī)分成臭氧治療組、經(jīng)皮旋切治療組和經(jīng)皮旋切術(shù)聯(lián)合臭氧治療組,每組20例。比較3組患者術(shù)前及術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月的視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS)的變化及臨床療效。分析術(shù)中及術(shù)后手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果 3組術(shù)后VAS評(píng)分較術(shù)前均降低(P均0.017);經(jīng)皮旋切術(shù)聯(lián)合臭氧組近期及遠(yuǎn)期VAS評(píng)分均低于臭氧治療組和經(jīng)皮旋切治療組(P均0.017)。但3組間近期及遠(yuǎn)期優(yōu)良率無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P均0.017)。手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥主要為腰部疼痛、下肢酸脹及疼痛。結(jié)論經(jīng)皮髓核旋切術(shù)聯(lián)合臭氧注射治療腰椎間盤突出癥可提高手術(shù)療效,是一種安全有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous nucleus pulpotomy combined with ozone injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were randomly divided into ozone treatment group, percutaneous rotary resection group and combined ozone treatment group with 20 cases in each group. The changes of visual analogue score (VAS) and its clinical efficacy were compared before and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation. The operative complications were analyzed during and after operation. Results the VAS scores of the three groups were lower than those of the preoperative ones (P < 0.017), and the short-term and long-term VAS scores in the percutaneous rotary operation combined with ozone group were lower than those in the ozone treatment group and the percutaneous rotary treatment group (P < 0.017). However, there was no significant difference in the short and long term excellent and good rates among the three groups (P < 0. 017). Surgical complications were mainly lumbar pain, lower extremity distension and pain. Conclusion Percutaneous nuclear pulpotomy combined with ozone injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is a safe and effective method.
