常規(guī)潛艇短航前后艙室內(nèi)微生物氣溶膠濃度、粒徑及菌譜構(gòu)成

【摘要】:目的跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè)全封閉作業(yè)艙室內(nèi)微生物氣溶膠濃度、粒徑大小及菌譜構(gòu)成,評(píng)價(jià)污染程度及潛在的生物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法采用安德森CA6型撞擊式空氣采樣儀進(jìn)行微生物氣溶膠的富集、粒徑大小的分析,采用基質(zhì)輔助激光解析電離飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜技術(shù)進(jìn)行菌種鑒定。結(jié)果航行后較航行前作業(yè)艙室微生物氣溶膠濃度有明顯升高(t=8.507,P0.05);航行前可培養(yǎng)微生物鑒定分類為12個(gè)屬20個(gè)種,航行后為14個(gè)屬,25個(gè)種,航行后較航行前空氣微生物的主要生物構(gòu)成變化不大,生物多樣性增加不明顯。結(jié)論所調(diào)查環(huán)境的空氣微生物污染水平均相對(duì)較低,但將粒徑和某些條件致病菌一并作為評(píng)價(jià)因素時(shí),仍存在健康安全隱患。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the concentration of microorganism aerosol, particle size and bacterial spectrum in the closed compartment, and to evaluate the pollution level and potential biological risk. Methods the microorganism aerosol was enriched and the particle size was analyzed by Anderson CA6 impinging air sampler. The bacteria were identified by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry. Results the concentration of microorganism aerosol after navigation was significantly higher than that in the cabin before navigation, and the microbes could be identified as 12 genera, 20 species, 14 genera and 25 species after navigation. The main biological composition of microorganism in the air after sailing was not changed significantly, and the biodiversity was not obviously increased. Conclusion the level of air microorganism pollution in the investigated environment is relatively low, but when the particle size and some conditional pathogenic bacteria are taken as the evaluation factors, there are still hidden dangers of health and safety.
