【摘要】：正1病例簡(jiǎn)介女,4歲。因重物砸傷致胸痛、呼吸困難12 h急診入院。體格檢查:呼吸急促,肺部"三凹征"明顯。右側(cè)胸壁及頸部捫及皮下捻發(fā)感,右胸閉式引流管引流通暢,見大量氣體及少量血性液體引出。左肺呼吸音增強(qiáng),未聞及明顯干、濕Up音。右肺呼吸音弱,聞及氣泡過水音。CT提示右主支氣管斷裂、右側(cè)血?dú)庑亍⒂曳蜗麓�、雙肺挫裂傷、縱隔積氣、
[Abstract]:Case profile: female: 4 years old. Chest pain caused by heavy object injury, dyspnea 12 h emergency admission. Physical examination: shortness of breath, pulmonary "three concave sign" obvious. Right chest wall and neck palpation and subcutaneous twisting sense, right chest closed drainage tube unobstructed, see a large amount of gas and a small amount of blood fluid out. The left lung breath tone is enhanced, unheard and obviously dry, wet up sound. The respiratory sound of the right lung is weak, the breath of the right lung is weak. Ct suggests that the right main bronchus breaks, the right hemopneumothorax, the right lung droop, the contusion and laceration of both lungs, and the mediastinal accumulation of air.
