【摘要】：針對(duì)肱二頭肌長(zhǎng)頭肌腱腱鞘炎采用不同的干預(yù)方式,對(duì)干預(yù)前、后的治療效果進(jìn)行縱向?qū)Ρ确治?尋找更加有效且易于推廣的干預(yù)方式。方法:北京體育大學(xué)肱二頭肌長(zhǎng)頭肌腱腱鞘炎運(yùn)動(dòng)員15名,隨機(jī)分為超短波組、PNF組和沖擊波組,每組5人。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)包括VAS疼痛評(píng)分,肩關(guān)節(jié)屈曲、外旋活動(dòng)度,肱二頭肌和旋后肌(岡下肌和小圓肌)肌力,運(yùn)動(dòng)員肩關(guān)節(jié)評(píng)估量表。PNF組選用上肢D2模式,3次/周,4組/次,20次/組;沖擊波治療7天/次,2 000次/次,強(qiáng)度控制在患者的VAS 3~4分左右;超短波、PNF組和沖擊波組3組均需每天進(jìn)行超短波治療,劑量為強(qiáng),15min/天。結(jié)果:PNF技術(shù)在緩解疼痛,增加肩關(guān)節(jié)屈曲和旋后肌肌力及肩關(guān)節(jié)功能能力的改善等方面效果顯著(P0.05);而在改善肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度方面沖擊波組的效果顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:PNF技術(shù)和沖擊波對(duì)肱二頭肌長(zhǎng)頭肌腱腱鞘炎的干預(yù)均有效果,但表現(xiàn)在不同的方面,在實(shí)際治療中可以將2種適當(dāng)結(jié)合,配合超短波,效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Different intervention methods were adopted in view of long head tenosynovitis of biceps brachii. The treatment effect before and after intervention was compared and analyzed longitudinally in order to find more effective and easy to popularize intervention. Methods: fifteen athletes with tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii were randomly divided into two groups: ultrashort wave group (PNF) and shock wave group (n = 5). The evaluation indexes included VAS pain score, shoulder flexion, circumflex activity, biceps brachii muscle and muscle strength of pronator muscle (infraspinal muscle and lesser circle muscle). The intensity of shock wave therapy was about 3 ~ 4 minutes after 7 days of shock wave therapy, and ultrashort wave therapy was needed every day in both ultrashort wave group and shock wave group with a dose of 15 min / day. Results the effects of WPNF technique on relieving pain, improving shoulder flexion, muscle strength of pronator muscle and functional ability of shoulder joint were significantly improved, while that of shock wave group in improving motion of shoulder joint was significant (P0.05). Conclusion both of the two techniques were effective in the treatment of tenosynovitis of the long head of biceps brachii muscle, but the two methods could be combined properly and combined with ultrashort wave in different aspects.
